www.flannels4baby.com is the online fabric shop for Bev's Sewing Centre.  I have been in the fabric business since 1975 on Main Street in Scobey, Montana.  In 2005 my partner and I went online with our fabrics and in 2007 we added www.donovanslippers.com which is our online business for leather slippers for ladies that we make in the shop in Scobey as well.

 

Our mission in establishing flannels4baby.com was to broaden our customer base from a small town in northeastern Montana.  We also wanted to make flannel baby print fabrics available to people where it hadn't been before.  We also wanted to live in an area with less population, clean air, and many other nice features but needed to make a living and it was our belief that it was possible to do that by having an online business.

 

All of our products are a nice quality fabric, binding, batting or well made handcrafted gift.  Our customers consistently tell us they are pleased with the quality of our flannels.  We select fabrics from companies we know have a decent quality flannel or cotton quilting fabric.  If it comes into the shop and does not meet our criteria it is returned or not put online.  We have priced our products reasonably for what we have to pay and as in the case of the blanket binding the price is slightly less than suggested retail price so the shipping charges are somewhat paid for as well.
